Family Bat Walk - Walton Lake - Tuesday 26 May

Join us for a guided walk at Walton Lake as part of our Bat Walk series.

Please note: tickets will go on sale 4 weeks prior to the event date.

Bring your family along for a half term experience to remember. Led by your expert guide, and equipped with a bat detector, you and your family will venture into the park around sunset to learn about the incredible bat species that call Milton Keynes their home.

You will be listening out to the incredible sounds of bats, whilst you discover the differences between the species found in the area and hopefully have the chance to spot them in flight!

Meeting point: Walton Lake Car Park, Newport Road ///gallons.wool.waddle.

We’ll start just before sunset, please arrive on time for a quick briefing, where you’ll also learn how to use the bat detectors!

Because these events are popular, pre-booking is essential. Each person needs a ticket, and children must be with an adult.

Dress warmly as it can get cooler once the sun sets.

Only assistance dogs are welcome on this walk.

We look forward to a fun evening exploring the world of bats!
