Talk: Rewild Your Residence - making your outdoor spaces wildlife-friendly

Ever wondered why you don't have more butterflies in your garden? Would you be over the moon if a hedgehog stopped by? Would you like to attract more finches to your feeder? At this informative talk you will learn how to encourage animals from a wide variety of taxa, insect-friendly gardening tips and even how to create microhabitats for our local creatures.

The talk will be complete with a Q&A section in case we don't cover all of your queries!

The talk will take place at Howe Park Wood Education Centre. Seating and a small selection of hot and cold drinks will be provided. Entrance to the building from the carpark is accessible and there are accessible toilets available in the building.

Please note this talk will be delivered using visual aids on a projector screen. Talk notes can be provided and a hearing loop is available on request. Due to the time of year, please expect that it will be dark when exiting the building.

We would love to make these sessions enjoyable for all, so please contact us on outdoorlearning@theparkstrust.com for any further accessibility information or support.
