Walking Festival: Toddle Tots

Join us for an extra special version of Toddle Tots as part of the Walking Festival 2026!

Enjoy a short wander through Stony Stratford Nature Reserve with your tots aged 0-5. We will explore the grassland and woodland along the river and chat about the things we see along the way, stopping to use our senses to explore our surroundings.

This walk will be supported by a member of ourcommunity team who will guide the group through the park on an exploratory adventure!

This short walk is in association with Tree Tots - our child-led free-play sessions which take place each Thursday morning at Howe Park Wood

Please come dressed appropriately for the weather as we believe children should have the opportunity to experience the wild outdoors - rain, sun and everything inbetween! We only cancel if there is extreme weather, such as very high winds, and you will be sent a notification on those rare occasions.

We will be using a paved path which is mostly flat and should be suitable for buggies. We would like to make these events enjoyable for all so please email wetlandarc@theparkstrust.com to discuss any accessibility requirements.

The walk will start at 10am and finish around 11am. Free accessible car parking is available close to the meeting point. No toilets are available at this park, but public toilets and cafes/shops/restaurants serving refreshments can be found in nearby Stony Stratford Town Centre.

Tickets cost £1 per person (for children and adults). Babies under 6 months are more than welcome to join and do not need to book a space.

Spaces are limited so book today to secure your place!
